Current Behaviour:

Effect #92 “Pick Pockets Modifier” causes out-of-bounds values to wrap

Expected behaviour:

Effect #92 “Pick Pockets Modifier” does not cause out-of-bounds values to wrap

Clamp pick pocket values

    Confirmed, fixed. Tested with a DEX 19 halfling. Pick Pockets also maxed out at 285, and many pockets were picked. (Alas, most were empty.)
