[Not an Issue] Insane difficulty not giving bonus XP

I remember there was an issue with this when 2.0 launched (I think) but I can't seem to find confirmation for it. I don't seem to be getting bonus XP in BG:EE while playing on Insane mode. I'm playing with the latest release.

I don't seem to be getting it in BG2 either on a difficult run. Is there a baldur.lua option I need to set somewhere?

    The following baldur.lua option should enable bonus XP on higher difficulty levels:
    SetPrivateProfileString('Game Options','No Difficulty Based XP Bonus','0')

    Insane doesn't normally give bonus XP in the BG series. That said you can enable difficulty based XP bonuses (as pointed out above).
