Console command history not working well in 2.x ?

Hi,
I have had a problem since version 2.0 with the history of the console. Sometimes I have to press ⇧ to get the last line entered, sometimes ⇩, sometimes some commands seem not to be remembered, and sometimes the history stops working at all. This can be quite annoying
But I did not find any reports about it. Did anyone else notice that ?
