[Resolved] games freezed when leaving the catacombs

i recently started to play bgee again . i played fine in the 2.0 and completed the story, now that i am playing SoD the game play is fine but i crash when i try to leave the catacpmbs. no error message just the game stops and wont continue to the next zone.

i have reinstalled the game . turned on the alternate rendering . tried with imported and created characters. tried single player and multiplayer games. i used the console commands to just to the next zone but once i talked to the npc to complete the quest it freezes. the game plays great until i get to imoen to finish the area.

it may not be anything but i was unable to create a shaman character as well ,

If you could zip up a save game and attach it to a comment here I can try to load it and see if it works?

Are you using any mods? (and did you have any installed when you installed SoD?)

I'm not using any mods at the moment . i was getting a lot of invalid stuff from old mods befor i downloaded SoD and never reinstalled them.

i will try and sip up a saved game.

i got the issue resolved . i uninstalled the game again . went back into the steam folders and deleted everything that had to do with BG EE . then reinstalled
