[Resolved] Patching broke most of static graphics

After Steam took a good while validating the files the patch also made some rendering changes I presume as all the graphics also went crazy. No mods are installed or ever used.

    Well reinstalling cleared that problem. Whole 17 mins of waiting for the download.
