Game time doesn't equal saved time?

I just downloaded the newest patch, no mods. I'm in L3 of Durlags, about to fight some greater ghouls. Dorn gets paralyzed for a short time. So I go to save and the time on the 'clock' of the lower left of the screen has Day 78 Hour 16. When I try to save the game, it says 'Chapter Three 225 days 20 hours'. Has anyone else seen this?
