2.3 Hotfix available in Beta

Version 2.3.67.3 was promoted to the Beta channels to address two significant issues with our 2.3 release:

[MAC OSX] Tooltip should work
Using the keyboard should not crash when in the options menu

No other changes were incorporated in this version. Please let us know if you find any new issues with this update!

    But will the international TLK files be updated with the most recent as always?
