The Casque of Dragomir is a powerful nexus of undead magic and has many interesting properties that go beyond what the creators had intended.
Anyone looked at this on near inffinity?

    ahh wait...

    An observant student of lore will note this was once the Casque of Dragomir, but it has been extensively modified. Elements of the Shroud of the Prophet Unproved and the Claw of the Black Leopard have been incorporated. This new casque radiates an aura of unwholesome necrotic energy.

    These are quest items. In tob you are given the improved casque to do something to someone in the final quest of Hexxat.
