Current Behaviour:

Effect #93 “Fatigue Mod” causes net negative values to wrap to 100

Expected Behaviour:

Effect #93 “Fatigue Mod” does not cause wrapping over of values

Revision:

Clamp fatigue

    Confirmed. A net-negative value does not wrap.
