BEtter solo xp mod

How hard would it be to make a mod to make it possible to get the specific xp you get for each party member to be collective xp when you finish a specific quest?

I'm referring for example when you finish a certain quest or encounter (for example, when you leave chateau irenicus), each of your own character receive a certain amount of xp. Would it be hard to make it so that this xp would be collective, instead of specific? So it would say "your party received xx xp" ?

    I think it's doled out in a certain way and you'd have to change that script for every quest. If you care, just add it yourself (though it would be absurd and the game would be very, very boring).
