Weidu capable of modifying flags of doors and transitions?

Hello,
is it possible to create a little weidu mod which automatically goes through all .ARE files and modifies the flags of every door and transition in the respective .ARE file?
Asking because I don't like the concept that you most times need your party to travel to another area. I know the reason why the devs added this restriction, but since I know where I need a full party so that I don't break any scripts, removing these restrictions shouldn't be a problem at the end.
