This is an auto-generated archive. You have to manually extract the "randomizer" folder from the zip file. You'll also have to use a setup-xxx.exe from another mod or weidu.exe from here and rename it to "setup-randomiser.exe".

It's working! Thank you. And I had to pay extra attention to the name, too: it's randomiSer, not randomiZer.
