BG2 Tweaks - proficiency component problem

Hello, I have problem with BG1 proficiency component. It have messed up, it didn't reset points on my characters and also there are too many points and not enough proficiencies. Even fresh characters are bugged, because for example, priest has 3 proficiencies and 6 points to distrubute, so I even can't advance in character creation. I wanted to uninstall it, and it worked, but in game I still have BG1 proficiency system. Somebody know how to reverse it to old state? Or how to delete entire BG2 Tweaks?
