Mod That Affects Armor (Ex. Studded Leather Lowers Dex, Thieving Penalty)?

in General Modding
Some mod that installed seems to have affected armor. I am pretty sure that I said no to allow spellcasting and/or thieving in heavy armor. What else might have caused this so that I can fix?

    You sure you don't have Full Plate and Packing Steel installed? That gives DEX and thieving penalties to armors.

    Figured it out after a loooong reinstall (SCS takes forever). It was refinements.
