[BUG] BGEE v2.3 Crashes Upon Alt-Tabbing Out (Win 7, 64-Bit, Steam)

Greetings, all!

I loaded BG1EE v2.3 (the Steam version) directly from the folder (Steam\Steamapps\Common\Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition) using Baldur.exe. The game plays as expected until I alt-tab out of the program, then the game crashes every time and leaves a log like this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5j6iD8ffNt7MzNsQmZ1aWRqRVE.

My BG2EE v1.2 and the Infinity Engine 1.x never had this problem for me.

    UPDATE: This bug only occurs when the game is full screen. Playing in Windowed mode (even maximized) lets me alt-tab.
