Game Wasn't Loading

1. My game suddenly stopped working
2. Managed to repair install, working now but no mods.
3. My anti-virus software tried to remove SOD
4. I need to know if my Mods may have cause any problems, I know they were not virus-laden as I had checked before, so if there is a problem, it isn't that.

I used some EE compatible quest and banters packs from Gibberlings3. They seemed to work with SOD, but then three days later my game failed.
