Add Reflection Shield to Tier 1 Armor Vendor´s Selection in Black Pits 2: The Gladiators of Thay

Hello!

Considering that there are such items as Fortress Shield, Cloak of Displacement available already,
I´d really like to see the Reflection Shield added - it is, after all, available in Chapter 2 SoA along with the items I already mentioned.
