Where are the NPCs?

I've seen a few, but I would like a full list of the party member NPCs in Siege of Dragonspear and where I can find them, for the sake of more diverse games.

Preferably without spoiling too much other than their location.

@LoveViconia I expected a few more of the popular ones such as Xzar and Montaron. Though Tiax appearing and refusing to join the party was hillarious, so that made up for it.
