Way to adjust the hp up from insane mode or down from legacy of bhaal?

I'm interested in a mod which will make the game a tiny more challenging?

I already am playing on insane mode with sc tactics, and that's fine for first play through. I wanted to try playing through bg1 quickly once more after this run before I take my chars into bg2.

I was looking at taking my lev 7+ chars back into a new legacy of bhaal run, but the mob hp is still so daunting. Is there any mod which can cut the legacy of bhaal hp down? Or a mod to boost the hp and stats of insane mode?
