Import game from BG:EE to SOD crashes

Hi,

when I try to import my last savegame into SOD (main menu > single player > import game) the game freezes and never returns... this would not be so bad if the character import would not forget all my items. Is there any solution to this, so I can continue with my (unedited) BG:EE character?

    Copy the Final Save save game folder from Documents\Baldurs Gate\save to \sodsave and then you can Load and find it in the list.
