Help I am trying to restore from backup me and my girlfriend's multiplayer game

My girlfriend and I have been playing a campaign for months now, it's been special to play side by side with her.

I had to reinstall my operating system, so i backed up the mpsave folder and portraits. But now I am trying to load the game and I can see the save files, but the portraits and characters are not showing up.

Here are all of the files i have been able to salvage. i am such an idiot!
