[TOB Neera quest bug] Clearing not showing on map

So after she receives the message from the bird, and after all the dialogue, it says world map updated. However, the Clearing has not actually been added to the map. I reloaded multiple times and it still does not add. The bird arrives as I exit out of Watcher's Keep from the main entrance, if that means anything.

Anyone know how to fix it, or a workaround?
