More options for Apply Effects List effect (Opcode 326)

Dear Beamdog, please extend the list of choices available under Apply Effects List for spells. Spells are used for many things, not just magic, and this opcode is extremely convenient and maybe vital to doing what otherwise would not be possible at all. But the options are few and random.

I was wrong about this effect being completely inadequate, but it still needs more choices.
