Beamdog Custom Effect Array of BGEE NPCs

So, not only do we have to work with the original nonsensical discrepancies between header, .chr and .cre files arrays order, I just saw that BD added the non-standard 48B effect array to joinable NPCs. Size, content, order, almost everything differs from the larger array that ALL other .cre files share.
The big joke is that it only affects BGEE NPCs. Why in the nine hells would they do that when they could just do as BG2(EE) did? Why couldn't they follow the structure of 99% of similar files? Why?!

Additional hours of coding for yet another discretionary modification. Thanks again for supporting modders!
