It depends on the actual file format used for the map tilesets.
If you want to fix it yourself you can do it with Near Infinity. The map on the screenshot looks like second level of Ice Island (AR1010). Open the file AR1010.TIS in Near Infinity click on the button Export... -> as PVRZ-based TIS and save it into the override folder of the game. You can do the same for every other map that displays visual artifacts. If there is no such entry then the map is already in the right file format and the glitches are caused by another bug.
