Who added these two merchants?

I've found them in the carnival area (nashkel). The one on the left sells generic armor\weapons, while the one on the right has a tons of different potions.

I wish they would do the mod that combines bgee and bg2ee like was done back in the day, and there was a store that only sold boots, very nice when the 2 games were joined because with 2 certain pair you could travel between the sword coast and amn, thus items only found in bg2 were usable in bg1.

Being able to travel back in games leads to all kinds of imbalance issues. The game was not designed for that, so it makes sense they didn't do that.

What I wish is that those two merchants didn't sell munchkin gear along with copies of a lot of magic items found in the game.
