will neera leave

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
so i'm finally getting around to going through Sod. and i kinda did the spider cave before getting Neera not knowing about the bug. and i really don't wanna have to restart the whole chapter. so if i don't get the quest done is Neera gonna leave my party?

    I don't know if she leaves, but I hit the same problem. I had to cheat the leg into my inventory to get it to work.

    As I recall, she gets to the point where she's so desperate she'll use whatever ingredients you have, and you've got until your next rest to finish the collection. I managed to get the last item in time so it worked, but I don't know what happens if you're missing an ingredient or two.
