BG:EE on New Surface Tablet

i think bgee work perfectly on windows 8 pc's
but surface win8pro (microsoft new tablet pc) like a ultrabook with touch function

i conseder that

how will bgee work exacty on this machine ??

1) only touch function (Tablet)
2) only keyboard and mouse (PC)
3) both of them will work perfectly

Windows 8 Pro supports OpenGL, though BG:EE is not offically supported at this time, but it should work.

Windows 8 RT will not run BG:EE, or any other OpenGL game. Adding Windows 8 RT support would mean changing this game from OpenGL to DirectX, which is not a quick or cheap thing to do.

As for touch functionality, right now, playing BG:EE on Windows 8 will net you the same controls you would get with the mouse. iPad style touch controls, on Windows 8, will be a post-ship feature that they may add.
