tob finale bug.

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
so when the i was given the choices the game left the text box and the final boss had a red circle on her and my party started attacking it. at first i thought it was because i used cntrl y on the final phase so i reloaded turned ai off and beat it with the slayer. nope still can't continue. is there a console command to fix this? did one of my mods screw something up? i don't have Ascension so i have no idea what it might be.

also after killing the dragon child of bhall i stopped getting achievements. maybe my game bugged out.

    thinking about it more there can be only two things tht could have caused this. neera's tob quest not finishing or me uninstalling the transparent bars from the ui mod after i had beat sendai.
