Stuck in Ust Natha

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I got discovered by the Drow after the gate was sealed and before I could swap the eggs. I've since killed everything except myself in Ust Natha. How can I get out? How do I post my saved file here (using an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3.5)?

Any help is appreciated. No, I don't have a saved state before this happened :(
