How can I add a entirely new creature and animation to game?

I downloaded a diablo1 succubus BAM files but it merely replaces "ghast greater" animation. Furthermore since its compatibility for old BGT, the 2da file doesn't change any sound file so I have to hear terrible snarling sound of ghast. I want to know how to add a custom creature with animations extracted from other games into my chitin.key file but I don't know nothing about modification for this game. I would be thankful if you give me a link leading to tutorial posts and tips.
