Changing NPC soundsets in BGEE or BG2EE?

I've looked and I can't find an older discussion on this topic. Does anyone know of a mod or another way to change the voice of an NPC like Neera or Dorn? I don't even have a custom soundset in mind, just changing it to one of the generic PC soundsets would be acceptable. Looking for any suggestions!

@lefreut 's Allow customization for all characters tweak mod can do this, though I would assume you'd still hear the original voice in scripted dialogs.

That mod is included in @AncientCowboy 's EEUITweaks Mod Collection, which is probably the easiest way to install the included mods.
