Saemon and the pirate horn

Been posted many times. I can't clua since I'm droid so if someone could complete this part of the quest for me to get onto the ship that would be awesome.

(He isn't appearing after I retreat the horn )

    Okay, this should work. I tested it by talking to Saemon in the tavern, then I went and got the horn from Caiya's house, then Saemon was by the far end of the dock and we started the ship fight.
