Aparently there's an alternative non-violent solution for this conflict. But, no matter of you talk burich out of a fight, he still keep red circled after the banters and will still attack.
Current behavior - pacific solution not so pacific and contradictory to what has been dealt in banter.
Expect behavior - Burich should become blue circled after we talk him out of a fight, so we wouldn't need to cut a deal with him and kill him immediatly after.
