Can't find WeiDu.exe

in General Modding
I had download WeiDu from here http://www.weidu.org/~thebigg/
However, when I extracted its folder I couldn't find WeiDu.exe. Actually, there is no .exe file in there. Had anyone who downloaded WeiDu from there, encounter similar problem?

I am studying how to use WeiDu in order to edit Jedi&sith mod.

    Did you select the right download? The site provides links to WeiDU sources and binary packages for GNU/Linux, Windows and OS X. You have to download the Windows binary package.
