[BG2-TOB] Shuruppak's Plate

It's really pretty early for this, but here goes anyway. Apologies if this is known, but search provides zero results.
Current behavior:
Shuruppak's plate(plat22.itm), gives the wearer a penalty of -2 to his movement, and a penalty of -1 to his Thac0. It also gives the correct +1 DEX and 20% fire resistance.
Expected behavior:
Shuruppak's plate is not supposed to give penalties to movement and thac0, only the bonus to DEX and fire resistance.
P.S. Yeah actually it is indeed early for this, i saw some other threads about BG2 bugs, but they were talking mostly about kit stuff, which will affect BG1.
