Anybody know who all can be asked to join in both games (excluding SoD) who won't join. I've got Coran down, but is there more? How many almost-NPCs can be not-recruited?

    i think it might be just coran. everyone else that was not added by a mod don't have an option to be asked to join.

    Drizzt, the ranger next to beregost , the thief from Durlag's and Delainy in BG1, as far as I remember. In BG2 I might be wrong, but Kamir the paladin can also be asked to join.

    I seem to remember that there's a female commoner that you can meet at some point (in Beregost?) who talks about wanting to be a warrior, and you can offer her a spot in your party.

    Isn't there a dialogue option to offer the slave-woman that you free from Yaga Shura's lair (Ehlastra) a spot in your party?
