Why BG2:EE and IWD:EE physical versions are still printed, but BG1:EEs are not?

Word up,

Title is pretty self-explanatory. I can see physical BG2:EEs and IWD:EEs everywhere, but BG1:EEs are nowhere to be seen. Will there be a reprint some point?
