Companion/NPC interactions that affect SoD or BGII?

I'm currently running a 'good' playthrough. So we handed Viconia over to the flaming fist. Actually, we killed her when she attacked after *trying* to hand her over. This bring up the question of companion/NPC interactions.
Other than the Drizzt encounter, do any BGI interaction results, whether good or bad, companion or NPC, carry over to SoD or BGII? I usually don't even talk to the ones I don't want to bring with me but Viconia is persistent in her dialogue.

    I don't remember any player choices being consistent from a game to another. However, there are many dialogue options such as "weren't you dead?" to keep the game more consistent. Not to mention items that can be transfered.

    bg does not carry over world states. the exceptions being the ee romances [ only bg1 the sod ones are ignored atm] carrying over to 2.

    The only one I know if is the Drizzt encounter. I was just wondering if there were others.
