1) Will the BG2 kits implemented be changed/rebalanced for BG:EE?
2) Will it be possible to dual-class from a base-class into a kit/or specialization?
3) Will there be any new kits (except for Blackguard)?

    Afaik:

    1) This has been mentioned but not confirmed, and no details are available.
    2) No statement on this, but seems unlikely. If you want this, it will still be possible to manually edit.
    3) At the time of launch, no.
