Remove the Side Buttons ingame

Is there a way the completley remove the Sidebuttons ingame, deleting the Lines in the UI.lua? For what Lines do i have to look for, i cant find them^^

    there are also hot keys on the keyboard that get rid of them I believe its the "y" and "u" keys that do it

    Ah i see, i only have to look up the Line in Notepad and remove the Section, thx!
