Getting NPC Flirt Pack and Banter Pack to work

Hi, folks! I'm new to the forums and new to playing the Extended Edition of BG2. I'm really hoping to get the NPC Flirt Pack and Banter Pack mods to work with the game (I own a fully updated Steam version), but I'm about as non-tech-savvy as it's possible to get while still playing video games. If anyone would be able to give me some instruction I'd be really grateful!
