BG2EE on Android FPS issue

Hi,

I just bought BG2EE on android, I got a Xiaomi Redmi note 3 (Snapdragon 650) and the game is running awfully slow

I tried to change de baldur.ini to 45/60 FPS & didn't noticed any change.

Then i played with the UI and figured out the issue,

The two "side bar" (left & right) cause a massive FPS drop when up, when i close them down i got full speed

How can i fix that ?
