Companion quests for Dorn

What triggers the companion quests for Dorn? So far I was able to trigger the ones for Hexxat by visiting the graveyard, but how does this work for Dorn?

I slaughtered the wedding couple and Dorn was happy several ingame days ago.

You need to be past a certain level. I can't remember how much, but it's in the 13-15 range.

I believe Dorn has to be level 12 for the second quest to trigger. He'll approach charname a week after the wedding crash and initiate the next quest.
