Djinn spawning outside dungeon

I have a problem with the Djinn of Irenicus’ Dungeon spawning outside of the dungeon, the first time it happened he was in front of the shadow thieves guild hall, I started a new game and the problem dissapeared. This time, while I was going to the Planar Sphere, I found the Djinn in front of the entrance, I tried to look for a solution to this bug but have found nothing. I use Dungeon Be Gone so I wonder if it might be related to that, I don’t use any other mod nor the console and use shadow keeper only to change my PC stats or appearance.
