The defrost opcode doesn't work

OBSERVED: 0xe defrost (cure frosted death) would be a cool effect, similar to stone to flesh.
Sadly, it doesn't fix the states correctly.
It would not remove the base frozen state.

EXPECTED: please add a line to update the base state too.

This effect would be fun in a mod - similar how you revive Branwen, you could revive frozen people.

@SethDavis - what do you think, can you squeeze a line in?

@Avenger_teambg this should be in 2003 I would think. Avenger, there's a bug report for this in redmine that I've assigned to you to verify for next build - I'm not sure how to easily test that this actually works.

Pretty easy. One just ticks the base state of frozen of an existing creature and creates an item which has this opcode. CreateCreature. Use item on frozen critter.
