offhand not procing (IWDEE)

dual weilding 2 weapons both of which proc, but only the right hand(main) seems to proc.

Surely the left hand should have reduced chance but still proc?

anyone noticed this?

    the thing to remember is that when you wield a weapon in your off hand, it only attacks once per round, that is where that extra attack per round comes from, perhaps that is what is making it seem like its not working properly? not quite sure what you mean by "proc"

    In the context I've heard it, "proc" would be an effect going off wheather due to a weapons or abilities effect. I don't know if they mean the attack itself, or an effect of the weapon.

    yes proc as in weapon effect, like the stun effect on celestial fury etc

    the one on the sword, duh

    ive rotated weapons in the offhand, whatever is in that hand, doesnt seem to proc.
