in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I didn't get all of those I achieved. Any way to fix it?

    So far there are two that are bugged and pretty much unobtainable and they're both in Siege of Dragonspear (You Chose Poorly and Grim Deeds to Come). All of the rest of them should unlock normally though so if you missed some in BGII then replaying that part is probably your best shot.
