Cannot scroll map after patch

Greetings. Before I make a REDMINE account (I really don't want yet another login/password site, honestly), am I the only one who can't scroll the map by moving the mouse cursor to the edges of the screen? This was not a problem until the most recent patch (OMG can you scroll WAY the (heck) out now)!

    By map, I mean the viewing play area (Game Area, not Map).

    Stupid question: did you check the mouse camera movement speed is not 0? It's in Options->Gameplay. It happened to me once took me days to figure out.

    Is this just at a certain zoom out level? Also do you have zoom lock enabled?

    I never touched the mouse camera option, but it was set pretty low. Thanks @CrevsDaak . Wouldn't have thought of that on my own and I knew it was something silly like that.
