Bug with Dragon Disciple fire resistance?

As far as I can tell Dragon Disciples get innate fire resistance, 25% at level 4 and 50% at level 8....

For some reason it shows -50% fire resistance and I am taking double damage from fire attacks. I chugged a potion of fire resistance which gives +50% and my fire resistance went to 0

Is this a known bug or am I missing something here?

    Yep.
